The track opened as a 5/8 mile dirt oval in 1966. It reopened as a paved track on June 2nd, 1968. A 1/5 mile paved oval operated from 1970 through 1995. The track has also operated as Cayuga Speedway, Cayuga International Speedway and Cayuga 2000 Speedway.
