I-20 West Speedway was a 1/4 mile dirt oval located south of Penwell, Texas, next to West Texas Raceway Park.

A 1/8 mile dirt oval opened around 1986, operating through 1987. It reopened from 1989 through 1990. The 1/4 mile dirt oval operated from 1991 through 1995. The track was dismantled to provide more parking space for the dragstrip next door.
