Carlsbad Raceway was a facility consisting of a 1/4 mile drag strip a 7 turn, 1.16 mile road course, a motorcross track, and a 1/8 mile dirt oval. The facility was shut down permanently during 2004 for a road and sewer project, and there is no chance of revival. Likely there is no trace of the facility at all.

The dragstrip opened in 1964, and operated until 2004. The oval operated from 1985 to 1994. The road course (which used the dragstrip and the sligtly twisty return road) had some safety and configuration issues and was not used for very long. There is considerable historical information at the official website.
