American Valley Speedway is a 3/8 mile dirt oval located on the Plumas County Fairgrounds near Quincy, California.

A 1/4 mile dirt oval operated here in 1933. A 1/4 mile dirt oval (same one? no idea) operated here from August 14th, 1948 to around 1970. The current 3/8 mile oval opened in 1979. The track has also operated as Quincy Speedway.
