The articles presented here are drafts on topics for an SCCA National Scrutineering Manual, and are based on seminars that have been presented at various NEDiv meetings in 1994 and 1995 by Alan Fiala, SCCA National Administrator of Scrutineering (1994-1995). With Alan's departure from the job of National Administrator, these materials are no longer necessarily going to be the basis for a National Scrutineering Manual, but nonetheless they are still of considerable interest.
